North of La Paz bay is a sea mount that the locals call the "tuna hole" (or el bajo as the fisherman call it).  Here the sea floor is within 100 feet of the surface and fish are plentiful.  Also, this is one of the better destinations for the local dive boats.  Here, the boat is recovering divers that have been in the water.
